ABOUT CHRISTINA

I'm Christina and I'd like to welcome you to this space called One Hungry Hippo. It is a place for me to gather all the vegan (and some times gluten-free) recipes that I find on line. It all started when I found out that the acne that I was suffering from for the past 4 years was due to diary deficiency. Researching a bit more into the way of healthy eating and I soon decided to become a vegan! I love finding new and tasty vegan recipes and share them with you!

Some of my most favorite things: reading books, playing with my kids, lots of stationary, making lists, collecting all sorts of wonderful things, running by the sea, autumn, coffee, finding new fonts, finding inspiration in my daily life.
